Both! This formula supports your immune system during times of illness and helps build stronger defences with daily use.

Key ingredients like black elderberry, vitamin C, and zinc work quickly to help achieve fast relief, while postbiotics and perilla extract help support long-term immune and allergy resilience.

For immediate support: At the first sign of symptoms, take 2 sachets per day (ages 13+) or 1 sachet per day (ages 5–12) to help your body respond faster.

What is the recommended dosage of MIRIQA® Immunity Builder™?

For ages 5 to 12, the recommended dosage is 1 sachet per day. For ages 13 and above, including adults, take 1 sachet daily, with the option to increase to 2 sachets per day when needed, such as during periods of colds or flu.

Can I take MIRIQA® Immunity Builder™ if I’m already taking a multivitamin?

Yes, however, please monitor your total intake of Vitamin C and Zinc, as each sachet contains 100mg of Vitamin C and 5.24mg of elemental Zinc. The maximum daily limit of Vitamin C and Zinc; as recommended by the Health Sciences Authority, is 1000mg and 15mg respectively for the general adult population. For children 8 years and under, it will be prudent to consider a lower maximum daily limit of 650mg and 12mg for Vitamin C and Zinc respectively.
