Cancellation policy
Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel such purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a 12-month supplement subscription, you will receive deliveries of three boxes every three months throughout the subscription period.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will pay in advance for a 12-month period.
- You will receive 3 boxes every 3 months until the subscription is over.
- By default, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of their term.
- If you do not wish to renew your subscription for another 12 months, you may cancel it. Please note that deliveries will continue until the current subscription period concludes.
We do not accept cancellation or refund requests during the 12-month subscription period. If there is any exceptional circumstances, please write in to us. If your request is approved, you must return all products (including any free gifts) in their original, unopened, and unsealed condition. For any products that have been opened, the value of the product at its standard retail price will be deducted from the refund amount.
