Singapore is the 3rd most sleep-deprived of 43 cities profiled in a report recently. Only in Tokyo and Seoul do the people sleep less than us.1
Only 1 in 4 people (25%) get more than 7 hours of sleep daily and only 17% of respondents sleep through the night.
Chronic sleep deprivation can lead to a slew of physical and mental problems. According to some estimates, 90% of people with insomnia also have another health condition.1
